I know it's been done but I can't remember the shop that did it. They sold one on Barret Jacksonfor somewhere around $80k. The first time I saw it was on the web and couldn't tell it was an S179. I believe they made a GT500 KR out of it and got permission from Carrol Shelby to use his badging.

 

A new GT500 reskinned as a 67 fastback is my dream machine.
