They have been turned off in my tune and I know you can turn them off with the handheld tuner so Im wondering if you can just turn them back on this way too or do i need the tuner to do it? I have to turn them on and plug in some MIL's to pass emissions

I'm pretty sure you can't turn them back on with the SCT without the tuner doing it. I don't recall seeing that option when i've made my own changes.
