OK I just got off the phone with Bob Ritzman at Hurst and I am going to ship him my ball so he can see what is happening. I will get it in the mail tomorrow and hopfully will have some answer soon afterwards. I also let him know there are quite a few of us having the same issue. He asked if it was in direct sunlight, if I lived someplace with extreme cold temps, etc... I am in Raleigh NC so no temperature extremes and the whole car only has 2500 miles on it so its not an age issue.

Saw all the Raleigh NC folks on this thread, figured I'd chime in as well. I'm in Apex, a few miles south of Raleigh. I have the hurst, but I swapped out the white **** for a black GT350 **** I found on ebay. Both ***** are fine. I just thought the Hurst white ball was not heavy enough. No problems with either of mine to date.
