This thread is over 3 years old. The last time I posted I was having the issue described by the OP and hadn't diagnosed it. Since then, I found that it was my TCS. Ever since I began turning off TCS, it hasn't happened since (about 2 1/2 - 3 years).

reviving the dead but for good cause. my car hesitates for what seems 3 seconds when i smash it. It is driving my nuts. it also hesitates in the low rpm range during driving. changed plugs, checked vac lines secured air intake... nothing fixed it. reloaded tune.. nothing. any other suggestions?
