Default forged cost labor and mat.?

i am looking to some motor work in the spring. i need to get some money saved.
1. cost for the forged internals(rods, pistons, crank and what else?)
2. best place to buy from?
3. can you buy what i would need in a kit?
4. what i will have to pay for the install?
5. should i just get a forged stroker kit, instead of 232ci kit?

thanks for the help, i plan on getting the stage 4 from brenspeed with the 2.8 pulley hoping to put down 470rwhp

My block and forged internals costed me 4500. where to get a block and kit is up to your prefrence. Livenoise (however its spelled), DSS, Eagle, ect, ect... there are alot of company's out there offering blocks and kits. Find a good shop for all the work first unless you do it yourself and see what they recommend. I can't tell you what the labour cost would be since my cost was part of the entire install work I had done. Check out Dynospeed Racing, I have all my work done there and Joe is more then helpfull with info.
