Personaly I was thinking of putting another 12v outlet in the center console and installing a silver push start. i'm putting in the second outlet first then I'll see how it goes.

I actually like the feeling of turning the key and listening to the engine start...but that might just be me

It would be nice if somebody could make a retrofit Start Button that replaces the Key with a device that interacts with the FOB like standard Start Button Cars. Then you just sit in the car and press the start button on the dash ....

its ok but you still have to have the key in the ignition which kinda defeats the purpose imo, can you get remote start on the mustang ?

Not a big fan of them myself. Seems foolish to have to put your key in the ignition then have to push a start button. I"m sure it looks cool, butI would get annoyed by it. Besides, I like the 12v power point.

It's alot easier to install on automatics, because there's not a Neutral Safety Switch on an automatic. It's harder to do on a manual because of the NSS... and if the car is in gear when you start it, you're bent.

The point of the key is to prevent theft ... without it people would just break your window and take your stang with ease.
