I checked and found her post. Donna had her inserts done in black and it cost her $400 from a local upholstery guy.

WOW odiaz that interior looks nice.. If it's around 400 bucks I can def. do it. I'm looking to get the red inserts.. Now, here's another question.. How hard is it to get the covers back on once you take them out ? 
If that leather is so tight after 2 years, how the heck am I going to get it to slide back on with no problems ? lol

I believe the upholstery guy took them off and put them on for her for that price. She dropped the car off and it took a few days to get it done. Check some local shops in your area. There are 3 or 4 here on LI that could do a job like this. I'm not sure where you are.
Some of the shops can even do custom embroidery. One of the guys out here had a cobra snake embroidered on the headrest of his GT500 and Donna had the GT logo embroidered on her headrest.
