ORIGINAL: SatinSilverStang

if you wanna send me any of that for free cheftjpeck, i'll gladly take it. (especially that alternator)

i may have a contact near you that you could drop it off at so you don't even pay shipping
I am sure you will....if someone is local wants it..I will part with it..I would not ship it as it would cost more to ship etc....
alternator, stock gt plenum / manifold, 24 lb injectors, stock air box, some misc pullies etc...

The world would be a better place if people just bought stock air boxes.... it's a nice coffee table display.

In 10 years you'll wish you didnt 'throw them out'. So many of these cars are being modified, making those parts hard to find in the future. Ya, not everyone has the space to deal with this stuff. But I'm tellin ya now, these stock parts are gonna be VERY hard to get in the future. You WILL get some cash out of them then. Just look at how hard it is to get some stock Fox stuff right now. The same thing is going to happen to these S197 parts.

I have a pair of original 79-81 Datsun 280ZX door shells, untouched in factory primer. I just havent had the time yet to deal with them. Nissan sold them for $600 a piece. I found them at one of my favorite salvage yards and bought the pair for $50 about 10 years ago. In the Z world, thats a score!

That's why I'm keeping all my stock stuff. 15 or 20 years down the road restorers are gonna want them. If I ever decide to sell the car (not bloody likely) a clean original car would go for more than one modded most probably would.
