I hope the new hood designs come out soon - I would hate to get one and then the Shelby style hood comes out 3 months later...

It looks like there are 3 or 4 decent choices out there now. I know Fang Performance is working on some that are in various stages of development.

It's kind of a moot point by now. The guy has gone missing and there's been no word at all about the hood.

Well seems like Someone would make it or 1 simalar! Specialy seeing as to how so many of us would like to have it!

Hmmm... I looked through the whole thread, and I'm not really "wowed" by that hood. On first look, something seems out of proportion to me. Not really sure what though... maybe the height? I gotta let it stew a while I think...

the problem I have with that hood isnt the hieght I like that and would need the extra room for the whipple, the problem is the vents themselves...I feel as though they need to be further up on the hood and a little wider creating a smaller gap between each....that large gap creates a very plastic look. I like that they are functional. I would also get rid of the grooves down the hood that create the concept look, I did a chop of this and it looks much better, but it is a good start.
