yea, it's been done, I know that for the viper spec t-56 they had to machine a spacer for the bell housing to get it to fit
flywheel doesn't need to change but you need a 26 spline clutch, out stock tranny has 10 splines
might want to look into putting in 4.30 rear end gears with the t-56 or else your first gear acceleration will suffer greatly because the new tranny gears bring you from 3.37 stock to 2.66

Cobra Tranny is 10-Spline and has a 2.97 low.
If you dont have a power adder you will want to consider a rear gear change.
The Cobra Tranny has a 2.97 low gear (stock is 3.38) so to avoid a launch bog you will want 4.10/4.30 with street tires. 4.56 with DR's.
