Default SOS A pillar guage pods vs Autometer

So, looking at SOS and Autometer.

SOS = entire A-pillar is replaced

Is autometer just a hunk of plastic for 3 guage pods and then you drill them into your existing a-pillar?

Which is better? Anyone run either of them?

TIA

I have the SOS and love it. Looks just like a stock A pillar because it is.

The autometer is just as you describe it.

I would reccomend the SOS, great product and I love mine.

I would get the SOS over the Autometer pod. I've been thinking about getting a SOS gauge pod for a Aeroforce Interceptor. I have not been pleased with the past few Autometer gauge pod's I've bought.

I have the SOS quage pod it matches perfectly. I wish I would have known about the Aeroforce guages before as now I have two of them in Roush air conditioning vent mounts plus 2 other guages in the SOS mounts. The Roush mounts are really cool as well and blend in with the car perfectly looks like a factory set up. Guess it all comes down to guage location personal preference.
