Has anyone installed on of these replacement gauge faces?

I'd really like to get one (probably silver to match part of my interior) since the gauges are recessed so far back it is hard to see. In fact, when I wear sunglasses, it's nearly impossible to see the gauges.
How hard is the installation? I seem to remember someone installing one of these and there was some problem they ran into. Anyone remember?
