Default CAI install question

The couple of emmissions plugs, (I think), don't plug into a CAI, so what do I do with them? Do they just hang?

Which CAI are you looking at?

The Steeda has a slot for the MAF sensor so they are not left hanging.

Have you reviewed this:

http://www.kandn.com/instructions/63-2565.pdf

Step by step instructions. I did not have time to read them and stare at all the connections under the hood but it sounds like it covers everything.

Let us know.

PS - Personally, I would leave the hydrocarbon filter out when re-assembling.

Good info! Thanks!

I was reading on a performance parts site that the K&N wasn't street legal because the factory emissions (plugs, hoses) would not hook up to it.

K&N says it adds up to 15hp without a tune. If someone can show me a before and after dyno, i'd like to see some proof.

anyway, it's $260 w/ free shipping here: http://www.ajusa.com/cgi-bin/knfilte...rt_num=63-2565
