Now that is an engine. 351C if my memory serves me right. I have one sitting in my garage floor getting ready to go into a 95 Probe GT. Yes you heard me right. I am putting rear frame rails in the back and going with a rear steer rack & pinion so I can use a front sump oil pan. There is not much room past the center of the wheels so the steering has to go to the rear. I have 29/15/15 Mickey Thompsons already under it and they fit front to rear in the stock wheel wells. You wouldn't think a front wheel drive would have that much room in the wells. I'll have to post some of my current pics when I dig them up.

Yes, 351C... what a motor!! Plus, the scoop was not only functional, it was necessary to house the tunnel ram/dual carbs. I loved watching people look in the scoop and actually see carbs, and not just a black hole.

And I'd love to see pics of the "mutant" Probe. That sounds like one wild machine.

I just miss being ale to replace ANYTHING without having to do it by feel alone. You could get to anything in some of those engine bays.
