Default Paint smell....help!

I got my car back from the body shop last week. It was in for repair from when I got rear ended. The repair was fantastic, you cannot tell it is not the original bumper, but there is a lingering smell of paint fumes in my car now.
I have been "airing out" the car as much as I can, but it is still lingering.
So help me out here....Any bright ideas on getting the smell out of the car? I am sure others on here have had the same issue.............HELP!

Oh yeah, and not being able to drive my car for 3 weeks was torture. They slapped me in to a rental which was a 4 cyl Dodge Caliber......there were times I was ready to get out and push the thing! THERE is NOTHING like MUSCLE car POWER!!
