Default Another Adaptive Learning Question

I've been searching the forum, have read a number of threads about resetting the Adaptive Learning and I'm still unsure if I need to ONLY reload my tune or ONLY disconnect the battery or do I need to do both?

The Stang has been feeling a bit sluggish so...

As far as disconnecting the battery, what should I expect besides probably having to reset some radio stations?

From what I've read, the sluggish performance has nothing to do with the tune. It's the adaptive learning that messing you up. Disconnecting the battery will clear the adaptive learning. I'm pretty sure reloading the tune clears the adaptive learning too. So, when you reload the tune, you're not doing it to "reload the tune" you're doing it to to clear the adaptive learning.

At least that's my understanding.
