Default Mac flowpaths Vs boomtubes

Okay so I realize I have posted alot about exhaust lately but Im torn as what to do. I have so many ideas in my head but not much disposable $ so I need to make the right decision. I have tossed around these setups........pypes MM o/r X, Mac abs (already have)/o/r prochamber, Pypes muffler deletes/catted x, boomtubes( eventually o/r prochamber). I think I have x-ed any o/r setups off the list now b/c I cant get MIL eliminators anymore and I dont have a handheld programmer (eventually I just want exhaust done before I spend the $) so I leaning toward the boomtubes b/c its the easiest/cheepest. How much louder will they be then my mac a/b's? How would they compare to a true muffler delete (I know the sound "quality" diff. Im just wondering the sound level. Just help me make my decision so I can stop fretting over this

i would keep the macs i dont think the boomtubes are any louder you can do the o/r prochamber thats what im goin to do or if its to loud the add high flow cats. also jba makes a catted h pipe and you can remove the cats so you can have a catted and o/r set up thats a cool set up brenspeed has them check it out

The reason Im asking about the difference is because I dont want to go o/r now because I would have no way of turning off my CEL, but I want a little bit louder exhaust now (Im used to the flowpaths). Down the road when I eventually get an intake (maybe next summer some time?) then I would get an o/r H and resonators to add to the boomtubes (no trumpeting like o/r flowpaths). I just want to know how much more of a sound increase I will get with just swapping the flowpaths with the boomtubes on a stock H. (boomtubes in comparison to muffler delete because I know how loud that is)

The boomtubes with o/r h/resonators sounds sooooooomuch cleaner and better IMO then the chambered mufflers. The chambered mufflers get very "marbles in coffee" can at higher RPMs.

i dont think you will gain any more sound just by switching to the boomtubes i think the macs a/b are a bit louder

They would have to be louder then the flowpaths becuase all they have are metal "perferations" to dampen the sound as opposed to an actual muffler.

That's correct. They're louder.
