Is it just gas that pours out, or do you have a leak on the nitrous side to. I m with the majority here, check to see if you got trash in your gas side sol valve. If it is both gas and nitrous side you have got a problem with that module. I am sure you double checked everything, wiring to your throttle positioner and the input on input side and output on the out put side.
In the normal sytem pressure from yor gas side should be 30 + lbs to the unit (gas) nitrous side whatever is in the bottle. I guess you haven't gotten that far or have you. I didnt try hooking up the nitrous until I got the gas side right. You can try compressed air thru the nitous side to see if that side leaks.
If it does just call zex and have them send you a replacement. Good luck with this and hope it works for you. What kinda shot are you going to be running to start with? what is your upper shot limit? did you get the acessories.?

 

you dont need any tape or paste, just screw them together.

 

the gas pours out of the nozzle for 1-2 sec only when i arm it (power on) . and it never seems to work on wot or any time

 

What ever happened? Is your system functional now?
