Tell them "good luck with that!" Last time I checked, this is a free country with free speech. As long as you are speaking the truth about your experience, you have nothing to worry about.

Now if you are making it up to make them look bad, then that is another story.

 

I can't defend ssinserts behavior, but as a former business owner I sympathize with the idea that maybe they need a different profit margin to support the way their business is currently working (or not working). Or maybe their supplier is charging them more.

And I guarantee you that businesses like ssinserts are just as ticked off as you are now over the notion that many customers think they have some unalienable right to purchase products that the lowest advertised price on the planet.
