well Lt are ok but for the price most arent , bbk maybe obx the onesthat are around $500 arent to bad of a deal but when you start paying over a grand for them its a rip off IMO.

My tuner who has a gt 500 and plans on going TT with it and is looking to hit 1000rwhp basically told me to save my money and just to get shorties, most power he seen over shorties on average from the LT was about 6-8 hp and is definitly not worth the price to me especially if you have to pay for install.

Did they make the car any louder or just deeper?

Also, what types of mid-pipes will these work with? If I was to get any headers it would be BBK, but I'm not sure what will fit my Bassani catted x.

Eh, I don't know if it's worth the money...I already have a deep exhaust; I don't know.

For those asking: The shorties will add low & mid range torque mainly, with a few hp added to peak. You would probably feel the difference on the street more than at the track. Long tubes add power at higher rpm, with significant peak hp gains.
