Saleen 475hp Canned Tune A/F ratio
I have the canned Saleen tune for their 475hp kit in my car right now. I also installed an AEM Air Fuel wideband and would like some feedback on where it looks like this setup is running.
Cruse seems to be around 14.5-14.8
WOT on a full 3rd gear pull starts around 13 and around 4.5K it settles around 12.3-12.5 or so.
This seems on the lean side to me. Max boost is 6psi. The wideband o2 sensor is in the mid pipe right before the converter on the drivers side. I also have HT0 plugs in the car. Also I guess I don't really have a way to know if the AEM gauge is running true.
Any thoughts? Seems to be running fairly well.
Thanks guys,
Eric

your cruising a/f ratio is good, 14.7 is ideal but it will usually jump around a bit. your WOT a/f is a little lean, 11.5-12.0 is ideal. have you tried in 4th gear, w/ accelerator to the floor? your bung for the sensors is in a good place too, and the AEM wb is a good unit. have you tried recalibrating the gauge? i have an innovate wb, and sometimes i recalibrate it. when i turn the key to on, but not starting engine, the wb a/f gauge slowly goes up until it hits 22.4 (max on my gauge) and stays there, thats how i know it is calibrated correctly. if it jumps around before i start it, then i recal, and it works fine.
