Most autoparts store and lube joints will take old crankcase oil. Call around. You'll find a place.

 

if your stock then motorcraft oil and filter from autozone or something is fine, if you have FI, race alot on the track or built motor etc, go with amsoil. ive ran pretty much everything possible in my vehicles and stock syn blend with a motorcraft filter will be fine
