I wish I could have waited about nine months to get my car then I could have gotten the '05, but we needed a car adn hubby said I could have a stang. So we got one. BUT the '05 drivers around here are old but they are old men that are big car enthusiast. If you see an '05 parked in a driveway here there is usually a 4-6 car garage in the back with many different models of stangs and other classics. Plus, I like them because I was at a gas station and one parked on the other side of the tank. I asked the guy if I could get in and look. His wife was sitting in the passenger seat and she says "Sure honey, its mine anyways. He only thinks it is his.". Cute old lady. lol So I got to sit in it and look around. haha, my lil sis was in my stang yelling "What they hell are you doing getting in some strangers car." lol ok thanks for letting me ramble. Just giving you '05 drivers a big smile.

 

I only owned the 1999 and 2005 mustanges.. I was never into the older ones (power or looks). It took allot for me not to get another 300zx, but aroune 1998-99 I was all most imposiable to find a black on black 300zx tt. one things all mustange owner have in common is ford quality sux.. hahah.. (found On Road Dead) (Fix Or Repair Daily) I forgot the others.. haha

Here's my two cents, who cares if your car is faster than the guy cruisin down the street next to you, as long as it's fast enough for you than I guess your doing just fine.

 

Speaking of Chevy... My buddy is a die hard chevy guy who had sworn a blood oath to never in his life drive a Ford. You know what he did last night? Begged me to drive my car. After words he said, "I still hate Ford but I love this car!"
