Default Stock bullit h-pipe compared to stock GT hpipe ?

Anyone know the differance between the two? I'm tying to search and find an answer but so far no luck. I know there IS a differance. The bullit stock catted h-pipe is a ford racing product from my understanding. I have a chance to possibly pick one up cheap and i'm in an area that requires emissions so i need to keep my cats and was curious if this would be any benefit. Thanks

* I just read that it was built to be more free flowing and minimize back pressure which also gives the exhaust a more agressive tone....still searching...

Naw, I doubt it...It's all about the exhaust tone. I have the Bullitt axlebacks on the GT, but is is still a bit....Off from the Bullitt...I need the H pipe.......

no performance gains, just a change in the tone.
