I'm really at a loss. I thought for sure it would be LCA-related. I'll try to find that old post where the guy tried like 400 things before finally replacing the LCA's therfore fixing it.

If you put the stock lcas back on I bet the problem will go away unless the problem is the reuse of the hardware. I've read on many threads that the diameter of the bolt vs. the hole in the lca might be slightly different causing some play. Along the same lines if the mounting point the lca goes into isn't a tight fit you could also experience some play causing the noise. Also whenever you go to a stiffer bushing whatever noise from the driveline is made more noticeable. I could be that stiffer bushing is just magnifying an existing problem else where that the rubber bushing masked. If you read deep enough into the s197 handling section you will find an answer to you problem if it can't be solved here. There are several very knowledgeable individuals that know suspension inside and out and have responded w/ answers to some of your very concerns.

its not the lcas as the oem bolts fit the oem lcas perfectly. it has to either be uca or shocks or driveline

Good point.
If you didn't have the noise when the factory LCAs where installed then the noise you talk about must be the adtermarket LCAs or the pinion angle (due to adjustable LCAs).

lift the car and inpect everything for tq specs and look for bare mettal, worn metal, and bring a tape mesure and check lengths. also i would be loocking at the rear shocks for leaks sagging ( mesure them) grab and try to wiggle them side to side.(checking for loose) I know what its like to have a clunk, my seat rattles bad. but anyways be persistant. swap lcas back to oem and if it goes away then you know why. if its still there then you can rule that out.
process of elimination
