Those look like the vtecs. I got mine for $69.99 somewhere online. 'Vtec Sidewinders' is what mine are called.

I kinda like the simplicity of those louvers. Nothing fancy. And they look good with the stock GT spoiler.

Yeah, hubcapsplus louvers. Got them pre-painted and a good paint match. Have held up well at speed and in the elements, just it is a pain to clean the quarter windows going forward.
