My window is scratched, took it to the dealer. They said something got down in the door and its not their problem... They didnt even take the panel off to look..

 

they told me the same thing. said that bc i ride with my windows down that dirt or a rock could have gotten down in there. i told them what they were full of and then called my tint guy. thank god for a lifetime warranty. even after i told him when he did it they were going to show scratches soon. and within 6 months the scratches were there.

 

I might take mine back and make a huge deal about it. Like I have one huge *** scratch on drivers side window, all the way back toward the end of the window....
