There all great shifters and everyone likes theirs for their own reasons. I drove different cars with different shifters and I personally like the Hurst for the way it felt and the looks. You will hear all different kinds to get. Take a look at them in different cars at car shows or cruise inns and who knows they might let you test it out. Good luck.

I have the Hurst now, but am thinking about going back to the stock shifter and getting a short throw adapter from Saleen. I have seen a few of them and they are pretty sweet. Only thing is, I love the look of the White Hurst Ball.

I have a Roush shifter and a Hurst stem and ball. It looks good but it is very notchy and clicks into gear. I wish you could try one before you buy.

Since you have a GT, you are much less likely to have the rattling problem most of us V6 owners have with the Hurst. Many of us have been able to fix the rattle problem, I really love the way it shifts, especially since I got the TEE HANDLE!

Anyone else using the TEE? I just LOVE it!

pro comp, you dont need the shift stops and the buillet arm does nothing... or spend a tad more and get the best Pro 5.0
