Splice-in Sequential tail light Q

Ok so I ordered my sequential kit from American Muscle for my '05 GT had no problems hooking up the drivers side but the passenger side only light #1 is working and now I noticed that when I hit the brakes the front p/s turn signal comes on. Really strange let me tell you. I didn't even have the lights on. The set that is in now is web electric. I was sent a replacement set of stack racing but these didn't illuminate at all. Never had an electrical issue before and want to get this taken care of before it gets out of hand. Any suggestions Thanks
Man, sorry about your luck. Like I had said, I used the webtronics with no issues at all. What I would do is to double check your wiring. I will be honest, when I first went through the wiring I wired everything to the wrong side of the harness. I soon realized my mistake before moving on so I was lucky to catch it before to late. With that being said, sounds like you have something crossed or put in the wrong place. Go back through and double check everything and hopefully you will find the problem.
I appreciate the responses but one thing I forgot to include in my original post is that it is a plug-n-play harness. I'm going to screw around with it again over the weekend. Any suggestions about cutting the connectors and soldering? Thanks again.
Check each light bulb on the side that is screwing up. I have seen dual filament bulbs where one of the filaments broke and touched the other in the bulb and caused crazy light problems when energized.
cut the wires, Dont bother sodering, its messy and not needed.
Use a UN-insulated butt connector and then put a heatshrinik on the wire and then connect the wires, Squeez the connectors really hard and tug on it a bit to test the strength before you heat shrink it.
After your done you may wanna put a wire cover on the wires for extra protection.
This is how we do it on big rigs even under the truck so soldering isnt needed,
Un insulated connecters work better then insulated, dont use electrical tape to cover as it will surely unwrap with time, heatshrink it.
tools needed, Wire stripper, crimper, minitorch (lighter will do) and supplies are heatshrinks and non insulated butt connectors for the sized wires your working on
good luck bro

Thanks again for the responses. I just got finished screwing around with it after changing one bulb that looked bad I re-connected it thinking that maybe that was it and alas... same thing, still only one bulb flashing. After that I tried the original harness and found that only 2 bulbs were working. test light and multimeter showed nothing negative except for when the sequential was hooked up then it showed nothing. Need more time basically and this weekend is going to be a bad one for me. I'll get it though thanks again.
