Not really sure 50-80 bucks I believe, plus the strap kit.

You only need to break the bead from your stockers so you can reach in and pull the sensor from it's clip. My shop that mounted and balanced my new wheels and tires did that plus installed the new bands and brackets in the new wheels and mounted the sensors at no additional cost beyond the mounting and balancing.
