Just switch em ( unless you want to pay about $300 for new sensors and oem bands). Get the bands to mount em from American Muscle they are cheaper than the dealar bands.

+1
My Ford dealership broke my old tires down, pulled the sensors from my old wheels, mounted the new bands and put the sensors on my new wheels, mounted and balanced them ande did the sensor recalibration for a whopping $38.00.
Buy new bands and switch them. Or just don't bother with them and hit the little button on your dash every time you start your car so the light goes off..
