The Fuel Pump issue was different than my TB issue.

The Fuel Pump was like the car just fell flat on its face like I wasn't pushing the gas.

The TB problem acted like the butterfly was sticking and just led to quirky/jerky throttle actuation but the car still moved. A quick squirt of carb cleaner and a toothbrush/paper towel fixed that in seconds.
