Plug for intake hole?

Yeah the hole that is in the intake is already tapped, I believe the tap I have says 8 mm on it so I'm just gonna do what solaratomic advised. I'm pretty sure it's impossible for a bolt head to fit through a threaded hole that's half it's size.

take the intake off and do it so you don't get any shavings inside and or grease up the tap when threading so aluminum sticks to the tap. clean tap continuosly!!

wrap that f'er with duct tape. ALL OVER IT. then, when u accidentally hit something [curb, small animal, someone's kid] u can unwrap some tape and use it to keep your bumper on. NASCAR style.
