Tombstang, I do have some advice for you. Unless you have spent some time behind the wheel of a Z06, please don't modify it just yet. Get used to it stock first. The car is like a street legal dragster that can humble, if not kill you you very quickly.

Kinda makes me think of the old shelby 427. Thing got a lot of people killed. Tons of power in a small car.

i think the hurst is a lot better, and the rattling can be stopped with some tinkering.

Never really been much of a fan of the vette. The styling does not do much for me like the mustang does. I wish they would come out with that camaro

In the looks department, I get more compliments on my Mustang. But the Z06 has some serious street credibility. No one screws with the Z.

Copper washers and longer bolts that go all the way through with jam nuts at the end
Sorry, the picture sucks but you get the idea.

Hold on a minute... you're saying that you don't LIKE going through all 5 gears in less than 20 seconds while just cruising around town???

I know what you mean. The 4.10's can get old sometimes, especially in traffic. However I wouldn't give them up. Welllll, maybe for those Pro50 3.90's...

After reading back through this post, I think I've found the problem... you have a bad case of this: Z06itis.
(I'm wondering why you're even trying to mod the litttle DD stang! especially installing 4.10s in her)
