Does anyone know if the dome light microphones (those little microphones in the cormers of the dome lights) can be used as the microphone for an aftermarket blue tooth system? I pulled my dome light down today to verify they were microphones. They are wired into the car's wiring harness with a black, white/blue strip, and purple/blue stripe wires.

 

They're motion sensors for your alarm.

 

That makes much more sense. The tech at the dealership thought they were microphones to handle a possible Sync upgrade later. So it looks like an add-on microphone with the blue tooth is in order.
