Actually my cd got stuck in my first broken Shaker500. All I had to do was take the metal cover off the head unit and I could pop my cd back out the front slot by pressing on it with my finger lol.

I have been able to remove cds by pressing load, choosing the slot and loading another cd. Hold on to the cd and it will eject the old cd. Forget reloading anything else. If anyone can recommend a fix on loading other than total replacement, I'd love to hear it.

My uber homosexual shaker 500 did this whole cd error thing too, so I took the unit out and took the effer apart and was able to pop out one cd, but wasnt able to get my other 3 out and it still says slots full. So I beat the holy bejesus out of it and it still says cd error. :/ CD ERROR SHAKER 500 FAIL!

Not had the time to get mine in for replacement yet, so the crazy error continues every time I open the door. My 3 year warranty is not up until
