stock to light mod (s)
The numbers (at least on paper) rate the 05-09 Mustang GT (stock) to do 0-60 anywhere between 5.2-5.4 seconds.
What would a good CAI/tune bring it down to (avg) if you have one and did the numbers.
Then 2nd part if you were to do a good CAI/tune plus 4.10 gears would that drop your 0-60 time even more?
curious if that would put the lightly mod'd GT to the 4.9-5 sec range (better or worse)?

If this is just a paper exercise, 4.10's would help - as long as they don't force you to upshift to third before you actually hit 60 mph. It is very close (I get 6000 rpm = 57 mph). A 2-3 upshift would cost you at least half a second.

yeah.. I'm pretty sure in my Auto I'm right at 60 when it shifts to 3rd.. which is crazy 0-40 in 1st, 40-60 in 2nd 60-80ish? in 3rd..not sure.. haven't really gone that fast very often yet.... and I dont even know when 4th ends.. im guessing 115..
the mods could wind up hurting your 0-60 times if you dont get new tires to get traction.. to help 0-60 I think one of the best things might be drag radials...
