Just make sure you have about 1'' of space between your hangers and brackets. If you bend the hangers it shouldn't be difficult to get 1'' clearance. In my case I had about 1/4'' clearance when cold and when hot the hanger would make contact. So a good 3/4''-1'' clearance when cold is minimum.

They acutally cut my hangers and re-welded them back onto the pipe. A good exhaust shop should be able to do this easily.
it was on stands,no way it would have fallen.

"The cricket noise is your exhaust hanger rubbing the hanger bracket. I fixed this by removing the bracket from the frame and grinding off where it rubbed, but any exhaust shop should be able to reposition the brackets so they don't make contact.

They look fine when under the car, but they will move under load and when hot. I believe it was the passenger side hanger for the over the axle pipe, not the rear most hanger.

You should be able to see a spot where it's rubbing."
