Hey everyone, I just installed a sway bar kit and it includes bushings that need to be maintained with grease. At what intervals should I do this? The instructions make no mention of how often to grease, just how much.

 

I have BMR parts and they recommend every 3,000 miles.

 

When you change the oil is a good time to grease all the grease fittings.

 

#1... every time i change the oil... every 3k i just put about 2 pumps in each zerk...
