Will 18x9 rims from a 2005 Mustang with a 24mm offset fit on a 2000 Mustang?

The typical offset for the stock S197 rims ranges from about 45-50mm. Are those rims with the 24mm offset aftermarket? Must be.
I suppose you'd need to find out what the typical offset is on the body style of the 2000.
