Default FRPP/Eibach Pro damper Question

Anyone know what setting these would relate in Tokico settings. I have the Eibachs and on smooth pavement it feels great but rough pavement or bumps and it feels like it is either hitting on the bump stops or the damping is so strong that it only feels like it is hitting the bump stops. Anyone change over and happy with the results.

I originally got thr frpp suspension package with the dampers and I hated it, my car felt like it was coming apart going over every bump. The supension was so stiff............I switch over to the D-specs and I love it. The car is really smooth now and fun to drive....No regrets.
