I think the same tires the guy has on the orange Cougar is what you need next Don. Your gonna need the air shocks for sure if you go that route.

The "guy" with the red Cougar was me in 1977, when I was 18 years old. And that was the engine I had in it. Guess that explains why my love of muscle cars is so strong.

I guess getting old is making me go color blind. At least it helped me to get the make and model correct. I had a 1969 Ford Fairlane fastback in 1977. It had a 351 Cleveland in it with a Holley four barrell and would haul a**. A beautiful Seafoam green, but ugly white interior though.

If a 4bbl 351C hauled a**... imagine what my 351C with the dual quad tunnel ram, 12.5:1 pistons, monster cam, Hooker headers, etc. ran like. It was a beast! And the most fun I've ever had with my pants on! lol
