Post Sirius Radio

They want the ESN number from my Shaker 500 to set up a satelite radio account and I bought my car used and I don't have it anywheres , is there anyway to get it without ripping out the stereo ? Thanks for any reply , never did the satelite radio thing before

Thanks I will check that out when it's back together , currently the car is ripped apart for stereo install and I have the battery and battery holder right out of the car lol What a mess , I never thought it would be so easy as going through the menu.

I believe there's a way, described in the Owners Manual, to retrieve the ESN.

As per the manual.....

Satellite Radio Electronic Serial Number (ESN): This 12-digit
Satellite Serial Number is needed to activate, modify or track your
satellite radio account. You will need this number when communicating
with SIRIUS. While in Satellite Radio mode, you can view this number on
the radio display by pressing AUX and Preset 1 control simultaneously.

Download the manual here
