Default Is this normal ?

So i was painting my calipers and while spinning the rotors on front, i discovered an interesting clunk.

Turns out that the spindles have play and move between the holes in the rotors.

Is this normal?

That won't do that after you put the tire on and torque the lug nuts.

Preload them in the direction of stopping when reinstalling
the rims and you will be one step ahead of the game.
If you dont like the play, you can get longer studs with more knurl
on them so the rotor presses onto the knurl.

JK dont do the longer stud trick.....
