Stupid Hail
Yes but I have a $500 deductible and I don't speak Italian so thats my last option. Also does anyone know any covers that could help prevent this? This is the second time in a month that golf ball sized hail has hit here.
I'd say either find somebody that speaks Italian and get it fixed, try to find an English-speaking somebody that can fix it, fix it yourself, or just live with it.
As far as covers to protect against golf ball sized hail, the only things that come to mind are either structures (garage, overhang, etc) or maybe something like a thick quilt... but that may look a bit funny.

Paintless dent removal. My car got hit when it was new. A storm so bad it jacked my house up pretty bad. New siding, AC unit, roof. PDR place took my car for a few days and gave it back like new. Did such a good job that I forgot about the damage. I only remember it when someone brings it up in a thread.
