Does your cluster look like this? If not then unfortunately you don't have MyColor. That link above is to send a used one so he can reset the mileage and make it so all you have to do is connect it. You may be able to find one through eBay. Ford sells new ones, but they are pricey.

I swapped mine shortly after I bought it. Here is a link to a post from 2 years ago that should provide you with all the necessary info. The swap was a breeze.

https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...-my-color.html

Ed Olson no longer worked there when I purchased mine.

Does the message center fully function after the swap as well?

You probably will need a switch for the 3 buttons on your dash to work.

Don't waste your money. It's neat little feature if u already have it but not worth buying it. I can't remember the last time I change the instrument color. Sink you money into some other show or performance mod. Just my 2 cents....

Message center is fully functional after swap. I did get an audible TPMS alarm right after the install and upon first engine start. Hit thr reset button, and it went away. Read the attached article. It will provide a little more info in conjunction with the one above. If you do the swap and do not get your local dealer to perform a reflash of the computer, you will get the annoying chime when backing up and when you reach 70-75 mph.

Other than that, use the search function and you will find several posts.

The reason I want to do it isnt because of the Mycolor only, but the two extra gauges, message center, fuel data displays, etc.

Just thought I would say that I bought the cluster and the switch from a local dealer and installed it. It worked, but chimed when you backed up and went over 70 mph. I had them flash it afterwards and it quit doing that. Everything works perfect, Thanks guys for pointing me in the right direction.

If you get the module configured by the Ford Stealership, the guages work.
But the oil pressure is a go,no go guage that does not actually display pressure
levels but just that pressure is present above a preset PSI like an idiot light.
The voltage guage will work regardless of module configuration.

And get the 'module' configured as well....

When I put the cluster in, everything worked except it chimed in reverse. I had no lights stay on or anything act funny other than that. Its pretty cool. My dealer actually sold the cluster cheaper than Y2K
