I'm getting the 2010 with track pack, which includes 19 inch wheels. I assume it's the same 19 inch wheels that you can upgrade to with only the GT Premium. The tires that it will come with are 255/40ZR19 Pirelli P Zero summer performance tires.

I'm trying to buy some new wheels, and would like to get a staggered setup. I'm assuming I can still go as wide as 10inch wheels in the back, as I've read on this forum is the max width for 05-09's.

I'd like to leave the 255/40ZR19 Pirellis that the car will come with up front, and get wider ones for the back, with new rims all around. I'll then have a spare set for the front, when it comes time to replace them.

Does anyone know how wide the 19 inch rims are on the 2010? One magazine said 8 inch, and another said 8.5, and I don't trust the dealership to give me an informed answer.

Assuming the 19 inch rims are 8.5 inches wide... could I widen that some and still be able to use the 255/40ZR19 Pirelli's? Could I go 19x9 or even 19x9.5 in the front if I wanted to?

my wheels are the upgraded 19" painted wheels. They are 19x8.5

You don't want a wider wheel with that 255 tire, the sidewalls would be way out of wack!

The track pack does have the same wheels as the rest of the mustangs on 19's.
