Does anyone know the torque for tightening lugnuts, nuts and bolts connecting headers to hpipe, and if I should use Teflon tape or anything on the threads for the o2 sensors?

If it were me, I'd put a little nickel anti-seize on the O2 sensor threads.

Not too sure about the others because I've never messed with them. If you have a performance shop in the area, I would call them and see what they recommend.
