predator tuner problem

I updated my tuner today and now when I go in to use it I get the message "back up in tool does not match vehicle, not tuning vehicle because of backup (4)" any ideas?

did you read the instructions prior to updating?

it says to revert the car back to the stock tune

did you do that ?

if this is the case does it have to be sent back to to be unlocked or can they send me something.

Send it to them, probably pay a fee, and shipping back to your self.
