Default TPMS Sensor and Band Kit

im planning on ordering some rims from american muscle, and i was gonna go ahead and order them with new tpms sensors and all that.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/tpms-sensor-band-kit.html?Cart=Black%20Mustang%20Saleen%20Wheel%20-%202005+%20(18x9)|Sumitomo%20High%20Performance%20 HTR%20Z%20II%20Tire%20(255/45-18)|YES%3A%20Mount%20%26%20Balance%20w/%20Free%20NITROGEN|TPMS%20Sensor%20and%20Band%20Ki t%20(1%20per%20Wheel)|Mustang%20TPMS%20Transmitter %20Tool%20w/%20Instructional%20DVD|Black%20Acorn%20Lug%20Nuts% 20(Set%20of%2020)^18^1339.9

my question is, am i supposed to order this 4 times, or does a single "kit" come with all 4 sensors?

The page you linked says "Not for Individual Sale"... that means you must order the 2 or 4 wheel kit.

... or you could call AM and I'm sure they would be happy to explain/help you.

hey jAAAmes,

check out the link below, appears to be a turn key kit from American Muscle.

http://www.americanmuscle.com/tpms-fullkit.html

Kit Contents. This TPMS Kit comes complete for use on four wheels and includes (4) TPMS Sensors, (4) Bands with Brackets, (1) TPMS Transmitter Tool, and DVD Instructions. This kit makes it easy to switch between your stock rims and aftermarket rims at will.

**The only thing I would recommend doing is to call and double check how "big" those bands are. I could be missing it, but it doesn't specify a rim diameter range..(ie: 17"-22")

The bands from AM can fit up to 23" wheels I believe. They are very good quality and much better than the stock ones. Now as far as TPMS sensors go, I went to new take off. I got 4 for $90 and they work great. Then, I borrowed the TPMS tool from a friend and I was set.

If you need any further information, let me know.

I ordered rims and tires from American Muscle, after I went to add the rims/tires it asked me if I wanted to "add" the TPMS system and band, and I just clicked yes, 1 per tires....I also took the optional Nitrogen fill because it's better for the tire life.

Basically what I'm saying is that you don't have to order the kit, it offers it to you as an accessory when you order the rims/tires....but in doubt, it's always easiest to call and talk to them over the phone and they'll square you away!

Hi James, I just ordered a set of rims from AM and did the tpms kit too. With the kit you get all four bands and sensors. They come in a pack of 2. 2 pkgs in the kit plus the tool and dvd. You only have to order 1 kit. hope that answers your question.BTW,Dont forget your lug nuts if your going to a diffrent style rim or bigger tires as the stock ones on mine didnt fit and ended up not being able to leave with my new wheels {what a bummer}. Had to order a new set from AM and now sitting here waiting on those little buggers
